Welcome to Mindi O’s Fitness – Public Class Schedule

Please read before booking:

•Pre-registration is required for all classes
• No drop-ins without reservation
• Class sizes are limited to ensure high-quality coaching
• An active pass and signed waiver are required to attend.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class.
• Late cancellations and no-shows result in a forfeited class.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a loss of booking privileges.

Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time and ready to train.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your spot being released.
• Late arrivals that miss the session are not credited back

Membership & Pass Policies

• All passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Pass sharing is not permitted
• Expiry dates are firm unless a medical extension is approved

Membership Hold Policy

• We do not place memberships on hold for vacations, travel, or schedule changes
• Medical holds may be considered with documentation and at the discretion of the studio
