StrongER is a structured strength and performance coaching program for men who want to build real strength, move better, and train with purpose — not just “work out.”
Led by Dennis, this program focuses on:
• building usable, joint-safe strength
• improving athletic performance — speed, power, and conditioning
• mastering proper lifting mechanics and technique
• reducing injury risk by correcting imbalances and weak links
You’ll train using:
• barbells, dumbbells, machines, and kettlebells
• explosive and athletic movement patterns
• structured strength progressions
• mobility work to protect shoulders, knees, and lower back

• want to get stronger without beating up their joints
• have an athletic background and want that edge back
• feel stiff, tight, or prone to injuries
