Founder • Women’s Strength Coach • IFBB Pro Champion
11× Olympia Competitor • Mom • Grandmother
Mindi O’Brien is a women’s strength coach with decades of experience — but more importantly, she is a woman who understands that strength looks different at every stage of life.
Her journey began as a young mother navigating life, responsibility, and self-belief. Fitness became more than training...it became a way to build confidence, resilience, and identity. That path eventually led Mindi to the highest levels of the sport, where she competed as an IFBB Professional, appearing on the Olympia stage 11 times and competing in 10 Arnold Classic events, becoming the first Canadian IFBB Fitness Champion along the way.
But Mindi’s greatest work is not defined by trophies.
Today, as a mother and grandmother, her focus has shifted to helping women of all ages feel strong, capable, and confident in their own bodies — without pressure, judgment, or extremes. She works with women who are rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, navigating hormonal changes, or simply wanting to feel comfortable and powerful again.
Mindi believes that strength training should support a woman’s life — not take it over. Her coaching style is thoughtful, calm, and intentional, rooted in longevity, joint health, posture, and sustainable progress. Whether a woman is new to training or returning after years away, Mindi meets her where she is.
This philosophy led to the creation of Aesthetic & Ageless™, Mindi’s signature program designed specifically for women navigating midlife changes. The program blends intelligent strength training, nutrition, mindset, and self-care to help women build muscle, support hormones, and age with confidence — physically and mentally.
At Mindi O’s Fitness, Mindi has created a private, welcoming studio environment where women feel safe, supported, and encouraged. It is a space built on trust, community, and real coaching — not comparison or intimidation.
Mindi also continues to support the fitness community through posing and stage presentation coaching and as a show promoter, giving back to the sport that shaped her life.
Her mission is simple:
to help women become stronger in their bodies, steadier in their minds, and more confident in who they are — now and for the long run.
