StrongHER Performance is a higher -intensity strength and conditioning class designed for women who already have a solid foundation in strength training.
This class moves at a faster pace and includes heavier strength work, athletic conditioning, and more advanced exercises. Participants should already feel comfortable with movements such as push-ups, squats, lunges, core work, and basic pulling movements.
Because of the pace and level of training, this is a coach-approved class. If you're unsure whether this class is the right fit for you, please check in with Mindi or Dennis before booking and we’ll help guide you.
