StrongHER Lower Body is a coached strength training session focused on building powerful legs, glutes, and lower-body athleticism in a structured and supportive environment.
Each session includes:
• targeted lower-body strength training
• glute, hamstring, and quad development
• core and posture support
• mobility to protect hips, knees, and lower back
• coaching cues and form correction
Sessions are fully coached and scalable for all fitness levels.
A valid StrongHER pass or Unlimited Membership is required to attend.
