StrongHER Full Body is a coached strength session designed to build total-body muscle, improve conditioning, and develop functional strength in a structured and supportive environment.

Each session includes:
• full-body strength training
• balanced upper and lower body development
• core and posture support
• conditioning and athletic movement
• mobility to protect joints and improve range of motion
• coaching cues and form correction

Sessions are fully coached and scalable for all fitness levels.

A valid StrongHER pass or Unlimited Membership is required to attend.
