StrongHER Upper Body is a coached strength training session focused on building lean muscle, improving posture, and developing full upper-body strength.
Each session includes:
• targeted upper-body strength training
• back, shoulders, chest, and arm development
• posture and core support work
• mobility to protect shoulders and joints
• coaching cues and form correction
Sessions are fully coached and scalable for all fitness levels.
A valid StrongHER pass or Unlimited Membership is required to attend.
